It was unfortunate that I never got to talk to you - I simply did not need to! Last year I purchased a boat in Hawaii and needed to install a radio in very quick time prior to bringing it back to New Zealand. Your well-packaged kit arrived and I had the entire thing (including Pactor modem, AT140, Icom 802, Icom 602, ground plates etc etc) installed in less than a day in total. I was apprehensive as I was very tight on time but I was laughing when I found all I needed to do was to plug the green cord into the green hole, the orange one into the orange hole and so on. It worked flawlessly all the way home and the email allowed me to keep in touch with my family.

I read on the web that you are looking to do with NavNet what you’ve done with SSB email. I think that is likely to be good news for cruising sailors. I purchased the M- 802 and SCS modem thru your affiliate in Connecticut and with just one phone call to you it was up and running.
